Weddings in Washington performs a wide variety of ceremonies. Below you will find a sampling of popular packages we've put together based on general needs. Fees typically range from $150 to $250 for officiant services. You can also add the Ceremony and Rehearsal Coordinating services, prices range from $150 and up, should you choose depending on the size of your wedding party.* We would love the opportunity to speak
with you about this most special day, and customize a package just for your wedding.

PACKAGE I* ( 5 – 10 min. ceremony)(last minute/short notice/prewritten/no rehearsal)When there is no time for planning a more formal ceremony you may choose from a prewritten Civil or Religious ceremony and I will perform it on even the shortest notice.
Rest assured it will be heartfelt and memorable. Perfect for your last minute elopement or short notice intimate ceremony.
PACKAGE II*(timely/options for personalization/no rehearsal)A totally custom ceremony
that is personally written for you, that tells "your story" and incorporates your style, belief system and personal preferences. You may want to reflect upon the significance of the ceremony locale, how you met or your hopes and dreams as a couple. You will have the option of choosing a civil or religious ceremony and incorporating various components such as remembrances, readings, and rituals, or vows to the children!
PACKAGE III*(100% custom/tells your story/with rehearsal)There are no rules, it's all
about you! A totally custom ceremony that is personally written for you, that tells "your
story" and incorporates your style, belief system and personal preferences. You may want
to reflect upon the significance of the ceremony locale, how you met or your hopes and dreams as a couple. You may add a variety of personalized components, rituals or
readings, family inclusion...the possibilities are endless. Whatever the case (and they are
all unique!), a custom ceremony takes communication and time; please allow a minimum
8-10 weeks notice. The following is included for rehearsal and on day of wedding. Officiant for Rehearsal & Ceremony Opening Prayer and/or Gathering
COORDINATION FOR “pre-ceremony plans” includes the following:
2 months before wedding Janice will call or email to start the process of what your plans will before your ceremony.
COORDINATION FOR “day of rehearsal” Organize family & Bridal party for up to 3
run-throughs. Work with bride for any last minute changes, additions/deletions.
COORDINATION FOR "the day of wedding"
Set up sign in table, guest book & pen. Set up unity candle or memorial candles. Distribute and pin all bridal party flowers. Confirmation of ring possession prior to ceremony. Organize family & bridal party for processional. Distribute ring pillow and flower baskets. Distribute attendant flowers, bouquets and tossing items. Coordinate activities & timing with officiant. Coordinate & cue music. Instruct ushers on seating protocol. Time line Management
A $150 non-refundable "earnest fee" (also known as a deposit) should be paid when the wedding date is confirmed by the couple with the officiant.
